Every repair we perform is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on both parts and labor — whichever comes first.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Parts: All parts installed by our mechanics are covered against defects in material or workmanship for the full warranty period.
- Labor: The labor performed in connection with covered parts is also included at no additional charge.
- Re-inspection: If a covered issue reappears, we will schedule a follow-up inspection at no cost to you.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance after service.
- Repairs or parts not installed by Gocanics technicians.
- Normal wear and tear unrelated to the original repair.
- Incidental or consequential damages, including towing fees, rental vehicles, or loss of use.
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service performed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe a part or repair performed by Gocanics is defective within the warranty period, contact us as soon as possible.

- Provide your name, service date, and a description of the issue.
- We will schedule an inspection to assess the reported defect.
- If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the service. All warranty work must be performed by Gocanics. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
