Services
Gocanics provides mobile auto repair and maintenance services at your location within San Diego County. Services are performed by trained technicians using quality parts.
- All services are subject to a technician's ability to safely perform the repair at your specified location.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
- Diagnostic findings may reveal additional required repairs. We will always get your approval before proceeding with any work beyond what was originally booked.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to $50.
- No-shows without prior notice may result in a fee and affect future booking eligibility.
- We will make every effort to arrive within your scheduled time window. Delays due to traffic or prior appointments will be communicated promptly.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. Final cost may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair.
- Returned or disputed payments may result in service suspension and recovery fees.
Warranty
All repairs are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. See our full Warranty Information page for details and exclusions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue when booking.
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe, level location for service.
- Be present or designate an authorized adult representative at the time of service.
- Inform us of any known hazards or conditions that may affect the repair.
Limitation of Liability
Gocanics is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from customer-supplied parts or customer actions after service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
